this is very good,, my daughter packs a lunch everyday, and she loves spinach, toasted pine nuts, and I knew she'd like the vegies,, she called me to tell me, mom, lunch was awesome,,, the balsamic just makes it, I;ve used different vegies too, always yummy,!!!!!!

these were wonderful,!!!!! My 6yr. old grandaughter fell in love with them,,, the first time I made them followed recipe exactly,, second time, I filled muffin cups like not quite half full, then the cream cheese filling, then rest of punkin batter till muffin cups about 3/4 full, then topping,, liked even better as filling was more a filling than a topping,,, sooo good,,!!!!

This is wonderful,, lite and refreshing with a excellent lemon flavor,, I have made it quite a few times,, great for BBQ's, company,my daughter requested it for her birthday,, you will love it,,,
