Fish Tacos with Honey-Cumin Cilantro Slaw and Chipotle Mayo
I just made these tacos over the weekend and I am already planning on making them again this week. The only change I made was instead of frying the fish I baked mine in a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes. The fish was just as crispy as if I had fried it but much healthier.

Baked Pork Spring Rolls
Wow, these spring rolls turned out better than expected! To speed up the process I used prepackaged cole slaw mix and for a kick I added extra chili sauce. I also added a few pinches of sugar to give the rolls a sweet and spicy taste. Spring roll wrappers were not available at my local grocery store but they did have egg roll wrappers in the produce section which I used instead. During baking I turned the rolls after about 10 minutes and then reset the timer for another 10 minutes but after about 6-7 minutes they were ready. I served the rolls with store bought duck sauce. I can't wait to make these again.

The Best Meatballs You'll Ever Have
I have made these meatballs a few times now and they are great every time. Like a few others, I also bake mine for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees and then broil them for about 5 minutes. Other then that, I stick to the recipe precisely. Happy eating!
