Mandarin Chicken Roll-Ups
I used pineapple cream cheese and added water chestnuts for some more crunch. Very tasty!

Award Winning Peaches and Cream Pie
I thought it was great. I added 1 tsp. of ginger and that really enhanced the peach flavor. Love the "surprise" crust, too!
