Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf
I made this for guests and they raved over it. I never shared the fact that it was made with quinoa and turkey. I've found sometimes it's best not to share ingredients. I made turkey meatloaf for a church dinner once and one man wouldn't even taste it because it wasn't made with beef.

Irene's Barbeque Sauce
My friends loved this sauce and asked me to make it again for his birthday. I used it on pork ribs in the slow cooker.
