Irene's Barbeque Sauce
My friends loved this sauce and asked me to make it again for his birthday. I used it on pork ribs in the slow cooker.

Breaded Chicken Fingers
My family loved this. The 16 year old said, "this chicken is AWESOME". In place of buttermilk, I used 2% milk with a Tablespoon of vinegar. This will be a regular at our dinner table.

Chinese Pot Roast
By using fresh garlic and reducing the amount of soy sauce used, this is very good and I will make it again.
