Baked Pork Spring Rolls
This recipe was great! I made the following changes: Instead of using pork I used cooked chicken and shrimp to make two different kinds of spring rolls. I also used soya sauce instead of oyster sauce. I doubled the amount of sesame oil and soya sauce. I had fillo dough in my freezer so I defrosted it and used it instead of spring roll wrappers. Cut the dough into 5"x5" sqaures. Take one square, brush with melted butter. Place another square on top, brush with butter. Add 1 tablespoon of filling then fold sides toward the middle and ends toward the middle. Use constarch paste to seal seams and brush spring roll with butter before placing on greased baking pan. Turned out excellent, would make this again!!

Marinated Wild Salmon
This recipe is very good, it has a unique flavour. Like another user said, I used regular balsamic vinegar instead of white, only because I didn't have white at home. I also crushed some onion flakes instead of using onion powder. I used 2 tspn crushed chili pepper and omitted the green onions (didn't have any). I followed another user's advice and used the left over marinade as a sauce by boiling the marinade and adding a tspn of cornstarch.

Authentic and Easy Shrimp Curry
This recipe is really good. My family is Indian and everyone loved it. As ginger other reviewers said, instead of using garlic paste I used 1 tablespoon minced garlic and 1 teaspoon minced ginger. I also increased the chili pepper to 1.5 teaspoons and salt to 1 teaspoon.
