This recipe was actually really good. It has a nice texture and and looks beautiful once canned. I used 1/2 the recipe and only had strawberry/banana Jell-o on hand. Next time i will just use the strawberry to give it a stronger flavor. I will definatly be making this again and giving this away for christmas gifts. I may change the name and just say surprise Strawberry Jelly to make it more appealing for gifts. Thanks;)

I recently went to a greek food festival and ate Pastitsio and fell in love. I did several recipe seasrches and choose this one because it had great reviews. This dish was much easier to make than anticipated. I only lacked one ingredient, Red wine, so i supstituted with white cooking wine. it turned out great, however I will be purchasing red wine to make this next time. One of the best casserole-type dishes i have ever made. This one will definatly be saved and passed onto friends and family!

I just made this recipe and it was awsome. It actually tasted better the next day. I followed advice by other users and only baked for 10 minutes and also used Honey Graham Crackers instead of unsalted crackers. Next time I will use a little less Chocolate topping. Though I LOVE chocolate, it took away from the sweet/salty taste of the brittle. Definayly will be making this for family christmas gifts this year!!!
