Streusel Apple Coffeecake
The only thing I would change about this recipe is to add a bit more apples and not dice them so much but rather leave them more like an apple pie filling. Hint: do not use overly ripe apples as it takes away from the actual apple flavor.

Tiramisu Layer Cake
This cake was absolutely delicious and was a HUGE hit as my friend's birthday cake. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that everyone thought it was the best "coffee flavored cake" as opposed to Tiramisu. It was pretty much just a layer cake. I am a huge Tiramisu fan and the texture has to be perfect. I would definitely make this again, however, I would probably double the mascarpone filling and double the amount of coffee that soaks into the cake...and then I will present it as "Coffee flavored cake".

Monkey Bread II
I made this without a bread machine. I proofed the yeast first and then I used my hand mixer with the dough hooks to complete the mixing. I also had extra brown sugar sauce but I poured the remaining back into the bundt pan and then flipped it over. I also drizzled the top with cream cheese frosting--I didn't use too much because it was just a drizzle, I used 4 oz cream cheese to 1 cup confectioner's sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. This monkey bread was so moist and delicious--like it was made professionally. My daughter requested it for a birthday cake. 5 stars, this is definitely a recipe we will make again.
