My name is Mandy. I am a stay at home mother of 4 children. My husband is a preacher and we attend church regularly. I Sing and enjoy music that uplifts the Lord. I enjoy cooking and on church nights I enjoy quick recipies. I love mexican foods and southern dishes like beans and cornbread. One of my children is very picky and I enjoy the challenge of finding recipies that he will like.I am always on the lookout for something different. The one tradition that stands out would be Christmas Morning. We always have sausage cheese balls on Christmas Morning.And almost every Sunday, before church, we have biscuit and gravy or pancakes.
