Spanish Rice II
A great recipe, but 2 teaspoons of chili powder is waaaaay too much. I used half that, and it was still very spicy. Also, the reviewer who suggested adding garlic, and sauteing all the veggies before adding the rice was right. Also, I prepared this in a dutch oven. Over all, really good recipe!
