Perfect Sesame Chicken
Good Recipe! I've made a couple of times, using rice wine instead of sherry. THe chile paste is a necessity to offset the sugar, and it just adds that much more flavor.

Good recipe, but a little bland for my taste. I added minced garlic, paprika and ground mustard the first time. The second time I actually added barbeque sauce to half of the meat and ketchup to the other half and that also turned out well.

Barbeque Beef Casserole
Very good. I recommend using more barbeque sauce, but I will make again.
