I COME FROM A FAMILY OF 6 GIRLS. I LOVE TO COOK EVEN THOUGH MY MOTHER NEVER LET US. I HAVE BEEN MARRIED FOR 25 YEARS AND HAVE 4 KIDS OF MY OWN ALL OF THEM LOVE TO COOK AND 1 WANTS TO BE A CHEF. I WAS RAISED IN MI, BUT CONSIDER VA. MY HOME. MY HUSBAND WAS IN THE NAVY FOR 20 YRS. WE SPENT 15 OF THOSE IN VA. I LOVE THE BEACH AND AM DYING TO GET BACK. MY OLDEST STILL LIVES THERE.

I LOVE TO BAKE AND TO TRY NEW THINGS. I LIKE MAKING CAKES SO I CAN GET OUT MY TIPS AND DECORATE THEM .

Bum's Lunch
I used dubed venison steaks. They turned out wonderful. I did a few things different. I used onion and garlic powder. I didn't have any onions. I also sprinkled the meat with soy sauce and worcestershire sauce. The meat and potatoes turned out very moist and tender. I will definitely use this recipe again.
