Sweet Mustard Chicken Bake
Outstanding. Quickly becoming one of my favorite go-to dishes. I also modified the amount of honey per previous reviewers and the outcome is perfect.

Rick's Special Buttercream Frosting
The best buttercream recipe ever. I also took the 1 cup butter/1 cup shortening route and it is delicious. Definitely beat it for 10 minutes for the best spreading consistency - even on tricky, dense chocolate cakes. YUM!

Shortbread Supreme
out of control deliciousness. I changed the sugar to 3/4 cup per a pastry chef's recommendation and have added vanilla extract or lemon extract (1/2 tsp) for variations. So good. Egg free, too, so good for kids with allergies. Excellent for dunking in coffee.
