I LOVE FOOD!
About this Cook
My parents come from both Vietnam and the Phillipines, so I grew up with a diverse array of food... both of which had European and East Indian influences.
My cooking tragedies
Once, I was making pancit canton, a filipino dish similar to chinese stir fry noodles. Since I was making it for a vegetarian, I had some veggie chicken on the side, ready to throw in... and I forgot to add it until the last minute.. and did so in a rush before tasting the ingredient by itself. The artificial chicken flavor was SO strong that I essentially made something that tasted like cheap ramen noodles... except mine were from scratch... and I was horrified.

Never Fail Pie Crust II
WOW! This was my VERY first time making pies - and they came out WONDERFUL, with an amazing crust! I added a tsp of vanilla - as well as substituted a quality aged balsamic - since I didn't have distilled white... and it still came out REALLY really good! Thank you SO much for posting this, I'll definitely be using it MUCH more in the future!!

Never Fail Chocolate Chip Cookies
This is DEFINITELY my go-to recipe whenever I make cookies now!! Whenever I want a little variation, I have absolutely no problem leaving out the chips to make snickerdoodles, or using other ingredients to make it my own... They come out perfect EVERY time and I always receive SO many compliments on it! THANK YOU for posting this recipe!!

Lime Gelatin Salad
I'll definitely be making this again! It reminds me of church potlucks from when I was a kid. ^_^... My husband thinks it's amazing as well. *YUM!*
