Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Made as written but thought it lacked something. I added Mexicorn and sprinkled cheese on top which helped. I was expecting more with all the great reviews.

Finnish Meatballs (Lihapyorykoita)
No one in my family cared for this recipe. Sauce didn't have much flavor until I made changes and all we could taste in the meatballs was allspice.

Fiesta Cheese Rice
This was good. I liked it as is however others wanted more spice so I added pepperjack cheese.
