Carrot Cake III
Wonderful! The entire family loved this recipe. I did substitute 1/2 cup of applesauce for 1/2 cup of oil.

Fabulous Fried Cabbage
The recipe was ok as written however after adding some garlic and bacon, it was much better. Then it is a 5 star recipe.

Roasted Vidalia Onions
Delish! I make this on the grill, just wrap in foil. I have to cook it for 30 minutes, 15 was not long enough. Also, the salt in not necessary. There is enough in the bouillon.
