I love to bake...anything. Don't really like cooking dinner every night but I love to bake just don't have as much time as I would like to have.

Quick Chicken with Asparagus and Provolone
Very quick, easy and different. I liked it but the hubby didn't care for it.

Vanilla and Chocolate Delight
This is very good just as written. I have also made this with banana and french vanilla pudding and it was awesome. Sweet but not too rich like alot of desserts.
