My guests at Thanksgiving could not stop eating these!!! Everyone was begging for the recipe. I will have to make a larger batch next time.

The Best Mashed Potatoes

Very good flavor, but consistency was not what I was expecting. Agree that you need to scale back on the cheese and add some milk to achieve more creamy texture. I'll definitely make again with the adjustments.

Cornbread Sausage Stuffing

Very good. Had an excellent flavor. Everyone enjoyed this dish, and I enjoyed the leftovers for days. Used chicken broth to make the package stuffing for extra flavor.

Frozen Peanut Butter Cheesecake

This is one of my favorite desserts. It is so refreshing, and the crust made from rice crispies is out of this world. I usually use 1/3 less fat cream cheese and reduced fat sweetened condensed milk to save on calories and it is still delicious. I have made this so many times, and it always comes out great!

Tex-Mex Burger with Cajun Mayo

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2007
I make these all the time, and everyone always loves them. They are so moist and have so much flavor. An easy way to save on calories is to use a light or ff mayo. After mixing it with the cajun spices, no one has ever noticed that it's not regular mayo. Also, because these burgers are so moist, I use a lean ground beef.
