I was going to give this 4 stars but my taste buds must have been a little off. I took this to work and our clients ate them up FAST and asked for more! I was asked for the recipe more than once. I am going to make them again.

Easy Ham and Cheese Appetizer Sandwiches

I would give this recipe more stars if I could. I made them at Christmas and then again for my parents' 40th anniversary party. Everyone LOVED them and my brother wants me to bring them to anything we have from now on. Thank you so much for this awesome recipe!!

Mocha Walnut Cookies

I took these to a cookie exchange and they were a huge hit. My brother also ate some and is now requesting them for Christmas. After I mixed everything together I put them in the refrigerator for a while and baked them. They did not flatten out too much as some people said they had problems with. Awesome recipe!

All Day Apple Butter

This is the first time I've even tasted apple butter but it sounded good so I made some. It is delicious! I love this recipe because I can put it in the crock pot and just leave it. I did put the it in my food processor after it had cooked down and then cooked it a couple of more hours. My parents also loved it and they keep reminding me that they are almost out :)

Homemade Bread

I took a loaf of this bread to my parents house today and we had it with out Sunday lunch. Everyone devoured it and said it was SO good! I made 6 mini loaves today to give as gifts with the "All Day Apple Butter" on here.

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

OMG! This cake was so good! It was very moist and delicious. Although it did have a lot of ingredients, it was worth it. I've never had such a good carrot cake.

Cinnamon Sugar Biscotti

These were SO good! I am not an expert on biscotti but I made these exactly by the recipe and they came out perfect. I don't know why some people said they had trouble with crumbling but I know it helps to add a bit of flour at a time and mix well. Also, the egg at the end gave them a pretty shine. I will be making this again and again.

Joan's Famous Mondel Brodt

This was a great recipe! I've never made anything like this before so I tried it first with vanilla flavoring instead of orange and used some chocolate chips instead of walnuts. Today I made it the original way and it was awesome ~ so much better than the substitutes! I did add one more teaspoon of orange extract and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Thanks so much!
