Hot Bean Dip
Delicious! I did add a layer of spicy salsa over the top, followed by more shredded cheese. It was a hit.

Authentic German Potato Salad
We didn't care for this at all, it was so sweet it was like syrup on the potatoes. We love eggless potato salads, but this just wasn't for us. I might make it again using a much smaller amount of sugar.
