I live near lake George, NY. We have an organic farm and sell organic brown eggs, poultry and veggies. All of our products are raised organically as I am a 2 year cancer (Lymphoma) survivor.

Traditional Polish cabbage rolls, traditional Jewish noodle kugel (and I'm not Jewish, but I LOVE the food) I love ethnic foods from all nationalities.

Usually anything I make comes out perfect!
My cooking tragedies
I once followed a recipe for pheasant in cream sauce. The recipe was wrong as it called for both cream and lemon juice. Well the combination caused the cream sauce to sour ruining an expensive and elegant dish!

Best Ziti Ever
This was fabulous! I used penne instead if ziti and it worked just as well. I combined the cooked sausage with the sauce to elimate the extra steps and pans. I also used more ricotta. This was delicious!
