Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Horrible, disgusting, shameful!!!! Followed the recipe exactly, whoever created this recipe should stop submitting recipes ASAP; seriously! What a waste of ingredients, effort, and a painfully disappointing cookie!!!! I have no idea how anyone rated this recipe 5 stars, you must be crazy!

Amish Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2009
This was a good salad. I only added 1/4 cup of splenda and personally thought it was too sweat. I also added only 1/2 the mayo, used whole wheat macaroni and put cucumber and bell pepper in it because I had them on hand. It dissapeared at the bbq we hosted and I had 4 people ask me for the recipe. I would give it 5 stars when I make it without the sugar:)

Made this recipe with Marsala wine instead of white and added lemon zest and juice. Great, love roasted asparagus!

This is a great base recipe, as are many on this site that I have tried. Like other reviewers I changed a few things; surprise, surprise. I used 1 lb. 93/7 lean ground beef, added a small diced onion, 2 cloves crushed garlic, 1 8 oz. pkg sliced mushroom and sauteed. Added 1 T. whole wheat flour, cooked a few minutes and then stirred in 3 T. worshteshire sauce, 2 T. tomato paste, and 1 cup beef broth. Stirred in 1 cup frozed peas. Added parm and fresh basil to potatoes instead of cheddar, delicious!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2009
I made this recipe for my bosses 50th birthday, first time and it came out great! I decided to lighten it up a little by using 1/3 less fat cream cheese and splenda in place of the sugar. The white chocolate balanced out the splenda taste/sweetness; rave reviews and looked awesome! Thank you for another great recipe:)

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2008
I thought this recipe had a great base for a baked pasta. I made a few changes though after reading others reviews. Instead of sour cream I used a pound of ricotta mixed with spinach, garlic, red pepper, garlic, and 8 oz. shredded mozarella chesse. I also subsituted turkey italian sausage for the ground beef. I layered as follows: ladel of sauce, half of ziti, half of sauce, ricotta mixture, ziti, rest of sauce, slices of provolone cheese. It turned out great!
