I am finishing up a degree in Accounting and working as an Accounting Technician. I am a military wife in my early 20's and we are stationed at MCAS Miramar. We have one daughter. Anything Mexican (Tex-Mex), Italian or Southern. My specialty is this chicken and rice dish that I've tweaked over the years. Cornbread Dressing during Thanksgiving & Christmas! I'm really good at making up dishes. Sometimes I find a recipe I like but don't have the ingredients so I substitute things and it comes out better than the orginal recipe. MEATLOAF! I have some sort of blockage towards it. It never comes out right!
