I am from the West Coast, ( lifer ) and now am married and live in Pennsylvania. The food here is different but I am adapting. All things is what I love to cook. Pasta's, any type. I love to entertain. Baked apples from when we were kids and in my mom's kitchen. Pastry strips from her left over pie dough. Rice pudding, warm wuth milk. I mastered cecorating wedding cakes a long time ago. Funny how many people want things for free ! I adore cooking for more than 6 people. WArm home and good food. A homemade birthday cake for my dad that weighed 10 pounds at least ! Back then I didn't know you had to use cake flour !
