Cranberry Orange Bread
Very good. In place of the cranberries i used a cranberry/orange/walnut relish i had leftover from thanksgiving. Next time i will try it with the basic cranberries.

Peanut Butter Balls III
Yummy!!!! The rice cereal (instead of gram crackers that i am used to) gives it a nice crunchy texture. Did use only 2 1/2 - 3 cups powdered sugar and i added a bit extra PB so they were more moist.

White Chili with Chicken
The flavor was good, but it has the consistency of a soup more than what my family thinks of as chili. I did use cilantro in place of parsley. I also added a can of corn.
