Curried Cumin Potatoes
Very very good Indian potatoes! I used small Yukon gold potatoes and garlic pepper and had to use about 3 tbs of oil. I served them with Chicken Tikka Masala and french bread and a cucumber salad, was a major hit!

Chicken Tikka Masala
HOLY SALT BATMAN! So I read the reviews about a week before I made this recipe and completely forgot all the for warnings! I even lowered the salt for the marinade and sauce bc I thought 3 teaspoons no way! but even still it was out of control salty! But I am in no way dissing the recipe bc I am sure that once you use about a forth of the salt listed it will be AMAZING! Very very good classic Indian recipe!
