Simple Scones
1/22/12-I halved the recipe and added 1.5 tsp of imitation vanilla in attempt to make these vanilla scones. They were ok, but nothing amazing.

Cajun Baked Catfish
I put this on cod and it was way too salty for my taste.

Cheesy Chicken Quesadillas
We did not care for this. Tasted like a gravy sauce for rice rather than something to have with quesadillas.
