I made these on Sunday when I make my other meals for the week. It was a little difficult to roll out the dough but that could just be me:) I froze them (pre-baked) and we ate them on Weds. They were fantastic! I only wish I could find frozen wheat dough.

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls

Instead of pounding the breasts, I simply put the pesto on top of the breasts and then added swiss cheese the last 5-10 mins of cooking. Outstanding!

Tiramisu Layer Cake

Wow! Not only was this easy, but simply to die for. I made the frosting and filling the night before and the cakes the next day. I also doubled the amount of instant coffee in the cakes and made 2 coffee layers and 1 white layer. I used DH Moist french vanilla instead of white cake. I brought this to a dinner party and no one believed me that I made it. I put lady fingers around the sides and chocolate shavings on top.

Herb Roasted Pork

Wonderful! Even my husband who "wasn't hungry" ate more than half the loin! I will definately double the sauce next time. I followed a previous review and took the loin out when it reached 150 degrees and let it sit for 10 mins. Perfect!

Salsa Chicken

really good and really easy! Husband loved them. I bet you could do this in the slow cooker and then shred the chicken for tacos. I might try that next time.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Fantastic for stew. I followed another review and added some red cooking wine and worcheshire sauce. I also browned the meat with the flour mixture prior to adding it to the crockpot. I think I will add some rice next time.

Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce

Very good. I didn't marinate it like I was supposed to so I bet these would have been even better. It was so easy to make to! You could probably do this in the crockpot. The extra "dipping sauce" was horrible when I taste tested it but it was fabulous with the meat. Hmmm...strange... Anyways, this will definately stay in my rotation.

Asian Beef with Snow Peas

Great flavor! I used Sake instead of rice wine because I couldn't find the rice wine. It had a great flavor. I also added some thinly sliced onions and next time, I'll add some mushrooms too.

Blissful Rosemary Chicken

Wonderful! This is definitely a recipe you could make for a dinner party or special occasion. It was pretty easy to make too(I'm even a beginner)! I might add a bit less pepper next time since it seemed a tad spicy but it was still fabulous.

Garlic Prime Rib

This was my first time cooking prime rib and it was definately restaurant quality! Even though I had a smaller roast than what the recipe called for, I used the same amount of rub/sauce.
