I have 2 small boys, a husband, and a part time job. I just discovered this website and i am truely addicted. Since I'm fairly new to cooking, some recipes take me a few times to master but I'm enjoying the learning process.

Sausage and Mushroom Calzones
I made these on Sunday when I make my other meals for the week. It was a little difficult to roll out the dough but that could just be me:) I froze them (pre-baked) and we ate them on Weds. They were fantastic! I only wish I could find frozen wheat dough.

2-Step Beefy Taco Joes
I made this on Sunday when I cook my other meals for the week and then froze it. We had it on Thursday and it was fantastic. My husband and kids ate it up.

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
Fantastic! I used a spring mix instead of spinach leaves and it was fabulous. My brother in law kept raving about ita few days later.
