used 'anna's shrimp etouffee' recipe as a base for this. However, I made revisions as I went along. Specifically-- adding chopped green pepper, brown rice, tomato paste, and my own seasonings to taste (hot sauce, chili and salt). As well.. I was very generous with the amount of veggies. My theory is that one can never have too many vegetables!
