I'm a 40 something professional who shares cooking responsibilities with my spouse and sometimes with my step-daughter. I love slow cooker meals, or roasts and other things that cook for hours making the house smell good. I'm a fan of comfort food, and like experimenting with flavors and ingredients. I don't enjoy complicated recipes, baking, or deep frying. I'm always on the hunt for recipes that have that comfort food taste and smell, but are healthy without feeling like taste has been compromised.
