Peanut Butter Cupcakes
FANTASTIC! loved these and I will be making them again. I used a fluffy white frosting with maple flavoring instead of vanilla. GREAT!!

Bread Pudding Apple Pie
very good, i did make it without the pie crust and i used cinnamon raisin bread, and it turned out fabulous!
