Over the Fire Scalloped Potatoes
I was looking for something to have with grilled steak and these were perfect. Quick and easy to prepare and cooking time was short so we could cook everything at the same time. I used the "optional" ingredients and added crumbled bacon and sauteed mushrooms. I didn't have garlic salt so I used garlic powder and a little red salt. We cooked them for 20 minutes but I think a couple of minutes less would have been better. Definite hit in our house and we'll make them again.
