Microwave Peanut Brittle
My first batched burned so I made the following changes, (sugar and corn syrup 3 min.)Stir in peanuts and microwave on high 3 minutes more, then stir in butter and vanilla and microwave for 1 min.

Royal Icing II
EXCELLENT!! Works like a charm. Hardens in no time! This one will surely go in my recipe box!

Sausage Balls II
These did not turn out well for me, they were to dry. Next time I will add a little milk, or either cook my sausage then mix. Also, took like 25 - 30 minutes to cook.
