This was really good! I will never buy Tastefully Simple beer bread again. This recipe was so close to that kind that I don't think you would be able to tell the difference. Next time I think I will try adding just a bit more sugar to make it a little sweeter. That is just my taste though. I used a Corona beer.

This was a really good recipe. I changed it only a tiny bit by using garlic powder when I cooked the hamburger and used tomato sauce instead of the soup. Next time I think I will use less rice and will use instant rice because what I had on hand was just regular rice and it was not as tender as it should have been.

I am not sure if I did something wrong when I made these cookies but they turned out very dry. They were soft but dry and the chocolate chips didn't seem to melt much. I was kind of disappointed but it may have been something I did wrong.
