I'm a professional firefighter and the cook at our station. I have saved people from burning buildings by carrying them out after they had been over come by the smoke. I love to try out new foods and recipes. I would like to learn more French cooking dishes. Italian, Homestyle regional, Just about anything except shell fish. Thanksgiving.
