Spinach Muenster Quiche
I made this recipe this morning and used the Neufchatel cheese and sliced the Muenster cheese (I won't do that again!). It was good for a change of breakfast food. It had a tange that I didn't expect. I will fix this again and maybe add onions and mushrooms next time. I will add the meufchatel again, and buy the sliced Muenster instead of the brick.
