Everyone begs me too make these. It is so simple to make and the hold up great. Easy to travel with or put in holiday gift baskets.

I think I read every review on this before attempting to make it. I dont know why I was so worried. It turned out absolutely fabulous! I left it cooking while at work all day! I only basted it upon arriving home. It was so moist and cooked perfectly. The 8 pound size was ideal. I will utlize this recipe forever
