I like to cook traditional Southern recipes mostly. What can I say? I learned from the best. Fattening and filling, the greatest food and chefs are found in the Southeast. Bigmama always had the spread for Thanksgiving and Christmas. There were more photos of the food, the table, and the centerpieces than family. Every year, I somehow managed to have my picture taken with a mouthful of food. My greatest triumphs are when I time everything perfectly.(Doesn't happen often) Crunchy meatloaf! Need I say more?
