Brooklyn Girl's Penne Arrabiata
Really very good, I took other suggestions and cut the chicken up before I breaded and fried it, I used 2 chicken breasts and they soaked up most of the sauce so next time I will only use 1 and this will make a very inexpensive meal for 2 or 3

Simple But Awesome Lemon Pepper Pork Chops
This was very tasty, my chops were a little tough though so next time I will use thicker pork chops.

Cherry Jalapeno Mexican Pork
This was very easy and tasty, I'm not a huge fan of cumin so therefore the flavor was not my favorite but that's just personal taste. The recipe is very good
