Sugar Coated Pecans

These are great. I made two batches. The first batch I used 1/2 brown sugar adn 1/2 white sugar and 1 tablespoon of vanilla in place of the water. The second batch I used 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla and 1/2 tablespoon of Amaretto (My Husband's idea) and they were great!!!

Sweet Dinner Rolls

OMG what a great roll! My husband and I love these. I promise that you can not eat only one! I mixed the dough in my breadmaker, rolled it out like pinwheels or cinnamon rolls with butter spread on the dough, let rise and then baked. Wonderful!!!!

Golden Rum Cake

Great recipe...I made it for the holidays and everyone loved it. The icing is so good that I accidently spilled some on the table while I was pouring it over the cake and my husband and I were scooping it up with our fingers!

Thank you so much!!! I can finally make biscuits. I took the advice of others and used buttermilk and butter. I also decreased the amount of baking powder and used baking soda...they were great!!!
