Peanut Brittle
Very simple recipe. Be patient and follow the "hair method" and it will turn out perfect every time. I was always afraid to make candy but this recipe was easy. It will definitely be a regular in my holiday recipe collection!

Chicago-Style Pan Pizza
This is one of my favorite recipes! I cook the crust for about 10 minutes before I add all the toppings. I also use fresh garlic. Make sure you drain the tomatoes really well so your crust does not get soggy.

Light Chicken Piccata
This was very good. I had recently had this at a restaurant and wanted to re-create it at home. It was very close.I agree that its really not necessary to put it in the yogurt. I would just use a meat mallet to make the chicken breasts thinner.
