Sugarcoated Spanish Peanuts

Very easy, very quick, and quite tasty! The only thing I did differently was to add about 1/4 tsp. of cayenne pepper to it--we like a little bit of heat in most everything~

Stir Fried Asparagus

Quick, easy & deliciou! The second time I made it, I actually followed the recipe, but doubled the teriyaki sauce, then tossed it with hot cooked spaghetti noodles. My husband loved it!

I made this with a box of frozen chopped broccoli instead of the frozen mixed vegetables and it was delicious. My 14-month-old absolutely loved it. I used the leftovers as a baked-potato topping the second day and it was even better!
