I used real pumpkin rather than caned and changed the spices as follows: 2 tsp cinnamon, 3 tsp ginger, 1 tsp ground clove, 1 pinch nutmeg. I finished it off with a lemon glaze made of lemon curd, butter and honey, and it was a big hit. Mmmm mmm!
