French Silk Chocolate Pie I
This recipe is exceptionally good. I used a "ready" crust and baked it accordingly before adding the filling. It was the perfect amount of filling for this type of crust. To ensure proper fluffiness of the filling, make sure the butter is creamed and the chocolate is approx room temp before adding it to the mixture. Also, although a total of 10 minute mixing time seems like a lot, you achieve the best results if you tough it through and follow the mixing directions exactly. I added whipped cream and chocolate chips after the pie cooled in the fridge for two hours.

Green Bean Casserole Remix
Very tasty. The bold flavor of the bacon added a kick to typically bland taste of the traditional version of green bean casserole. Of course I covered the top with Frenches brand onion crisps as well in the last few minutes of baking (gotta hoave it!).

Strawberry Pecan Cookies
Unlike some similar recipes, this recipe combines the perfect amount of the right ingredients to create a light and fluffy cookie. It is lightly sweetened and you can enjoy several of these cookies without feeling sick from sugar rush. I made a slight change and mixed a small amount of powdered sugar, melted butter, and red coloring to make a glaze I brushed on the top (approx 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 3tbs melted butter). It is a very enjoyable cake-like cookie.
