Brown Sugar Chops
I made this for the first time the other night, served it alongside a rice side dish and seasoned green beans. We thought they were really good, my husband guessed there was honey at first, and once I told him it was brown sugar, he as pleasantly surprised. Nothing I would have changed about this recipe. Let the pork sit for a few minutes after pulling out of the oven and the sauce will thicken. Great to serve with rice so you can soak up this wonderful, sweet sauce!

Cajun Style Baked Sweet Potato
This recipe turned out exactly how it looks in the picture. My husband and I are trying to eat more sweet potato but wanted to find a different way to make them. We loved the way it made our kitchen smell as it baked. The only reason I gave this a 3 was because it turned out a little too soft, but I think next time I'll just cut them into smaller strips (think french fries) and also add a little seasoned salt or something, it needed a little something but we couldnt figure out what. We had these with the Jalapeno-Lime Marinated chicken also off this site and I do recommend. We dipped the wedges in a zingy Asian sweet sauce.

Quick Sausage Party Melts
We tried this recipe for the first time today, I would have given it a full 5 but my hubby didn't agree, he gave it a 3 or 4...said his main complaint was that it was too salty and a tad too spicy for him. (However, I used HOT sausage...because I LOVE spicy food, so that is my fault, not the recipe's fault) I will definately make this one again for our next party!
