I made these for dinner the other night. I thought they were a bit rubbery but everyone that came over for dinner absolutely loved them. They also didn't rise very much so they were very thin, but that may have been the result of my waffle maker, which is rather old but new to me, so I'm not familiar with it. If it was just me, I'd give this a three, but the rave reviews of my guest were a five, so I'll average it out.

I only put in about 2 tbs. mayonaisse and about 1-2 cups sour cream (depending on how much I need) as well as about 3 tbs buttermilk powder, then season to taste. It is absolutely delicious! The only ranch I eat anymore and I use it all the time!

I made this with beef. It was okay, but really nothing special. I don't think I'll make it again.

This was my first attempt and I really didn't know what to expect. It was fun to make and looked nice. I didn't have any food coloring on hand so it was just white. The final product did not taste good. It had the consistency of rubber. It looked really nice, but we ended up peeling it off the cake when we ate it. I will only make this if I'm trying to impress someone with decoration. Good recipe, and I do recommend it, but not a good frosting to actually eat.

Very good. I used Hershey's dark chocolate and cut it back a bit. It turned a lovely black color and looked gorgeous. I also froze the cake after it cooled a bit and it gave it a professional texture that worked great for what I was making it for. I'll make this again.

This was delicious and was remarkably easy to make. I was done in the kitchen within minutes and the rest it did by itself. We all loved this. I did have a lot of butter, so I will play around with that next time, but there definitely will be a next time.

The first batch I put in the oven burnt to a crisp and started smoking, at the recommended time. The second batch I put in for 7 minutes, and they were slightly on the verge of burning and completely raw in the middle. The third batch I sat and babysat constantly changing the temperature around and they turned out perfect. AND THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY OVEN, I checked!!!! Now the third batch was edible, so here's how they tasted. Bitter, sour, and coarse. They texture was all wrong and the taste was not good. My mom, who loves lemon cookies, hated these, and so did everyone else. I would never recommend them to anyone and am frankly appalled that the other reviews on here are so good. I must say I feel a bit betrayed by the Allrecipes community after this nightmare.

These were really good. I thought they were a bit dry, but no one else seemed to care. They also didn't make very much so I might double next time. I might try adding a little bit of milk next time too.

I love these so much. I put them in my Christmas goodie bag for all my friends last year and they all loved them too. I don't change a thing and they always come out great. These get made whenever I need something sweet to share with people, which is fairly often.

I loved these, and so did my dad and everyone at the party I catered with these. They had just the right nix of sweetness, tartness, and butteryness. I make these often, and they're always a big hit.

These were delicious. When I started to roll them in chocolate, I found that it was pretty much impossible to do, so I came on here and read some reviews and found that I should chill the balls before trying to dip them. That worked great. Still, though, it was very difficult. The chocolate was way too thick and after a while I ended up wrist deep in chocolate just smearing it on the little cream balls. It was very very messy, but it worked, and the finished product was amazing. I think they're more mini-chocolate cheesecake balls than truffles, but no matter, everyone loved them. I also made the oreos from scratch and didn't add any cream filling to the cookies, and that worked just fine.

This was delicious. I followed the recipe exactly, except I used pepper jack instead of swiss and it turned out wonderful. I will definitely make this again. My whole family loved it.

I first looked at this recipe a very long time ago, and since then it has become a definite family favorite. I now no longer even use the recipe and just add stuff to taste, using the basic guidelines. I don't add lemon juice, I use beef broth and cornstarch, and only about 1/2 cup sour cream, plus seasonings to taste, such as parsley and lots of garlic. The way I make it (which I can't pinpoint exactly, and was once this recipe) is absolutely fantastic and is now the only stroganoff we ever eat at my house. Rave reviews from everyone who tries it.

This was delicious! I read about two pages of reviews and made alterations accordingly. I omitted the 1 cup water, only put in about 1/4 tsp sesame oil (because I don't care for it much), used spaghetti instead of linguine, and instead of peppers and mushrooms I used broccoli, snap peas, bean sprouts, and carrots. It turned out very well, but next time I will precook the sauce in a separate pan and possibly add more cornstarch(as it still didn't thicken very well), and add some more spices. All-in-all it was very very good and I will definitely make it again.

Delicious! I adjust the seasoning a bit depending on the day; every time it's slightly different and I also add a can of tomato sauce.

These were alright. They were really nothing special, but when I decided to make salad last minute, they did the job and they did it quick. I might use this as a base recipe later, but I will definitely spice them up A LOT as they tend to lose their flavor when they bake.

The best cinnamon rolls I have ever had or made. I was a bit worried when they didn't rise when they were supposed to, but I decided to start baking them anyway and as soon as they were in the hot oven they rose up beautifully. I doubled the filling and that was wonderful. I also covered the bottom of the pan in some of the cinnamon sugar and a light coating of chopped pecans. I will definitely make these again.

The other reviews said this was too sweet, and I took that into consideration. I mixed it up as the recipe said and when I tasted it it didn't seem too sweet at all, so I didn't alter it. The final project on my cake was way way way too sweet anyway and I ended up giving it to my family completely. Also, when I put the first layer of frosting on the cake and then put the second layer of cake on, all the frosting in the middle started pouring out and down the sides. The same happened on the top too. So by the time the cake was finished, I had a sugar coated cake with a huge pile of frosting on the side's bottom, and I followed the recipe exactly. I definitely will not make this again, with alterations or not.

I made a cream cheese cracker spread with chives and cayenne pepper for the filling. But I couldn't get them to dry out in the oven and I cooked them for well over an hour. They tasted alright, but nothing I'd make again.
