Country Quiche
This quiche was good and very simple to make. We did make a few alterations to the recipe. We used a pre-made deep dish pie crust, three-fourths of a large red onion instead of the small onion, added two tablespoons of half-and-half, and one-eighth of a teaspoon of nutmeg. Next time we would add one more egg, more cheese, and possibly change up the spices.

Crispy Orange Beef
As my husband will say "this stuff rocked!" We greatly enjoyed this recipe, the kids even ate it and they can be a bit picky with stir frys. I doubled the sauce, which was nice for the rice to soak up a bit. We are going to try it again but with pork and then chicken. Maybe add a few veggies to the sauce and meat. Very, very good. Thanks!

Peanut Butter Banana Muffins
It was fairly good, not bad, but not great. There was something missing and I can't put my finger upon it. I followed the recipe and the batter was a bit soupy. So I added 1/4 cup more flour and 1/4 cup more oats. They were nice and fluffy and not hard, dense, or gooey. I'll keep this recipe and tweak it until I have perfected it for our family.
