I'm a single working girl with a live in boyfriend. Since I work so much and enjoy cooking so much I look for simple quick dishes to make. However I never want to sacrifice flavor. I love flavorful dishes!!(but then who doesn't) :) I really making a good grilled chicken with potato salad maybe some mac&cheese and green salad...YUM!! My other weekness is chicken tacos. I have to admit I make a killer chicken taco! Potato salad and Collard Greens! We have them at every family gathering and I love them. Making a honey glazerd ham for thanksgiving one year. I am not a turkey fan and last minute I decided to make a honey glaze for the ham. My dad told me it was the best ham he's ever had in his whole entire life...that felt pretty good! No real trgedies so far. I try to make things I know I can make I also follow directions very well...as soon as I have one I'll be sure to share!!
