Chocolate Cheesecake II
Wonderful, Fabulous recipe. This one is definitely a keeper. I used milk chocolate chips instead. After the cook time I turned the oven off and without opening the oven left it in for 1 hour. I also used a waterbath which prevented cracking. I cut the topping in half for fear it would be too heavy and sink the cake. It was perfect!! Thank you, I will make this one often!

Brisket with BBQ Sauce
This was WONDERFUL!! I out-cooked my mother-in-law, for once! I didn't marinate it overnight, I prepared same as directed except cooked immediately. I also did not cut up the brisket, I poured the sauce over and cooked the additional hour. It was fantastic, best I've ever tasted. Can't wait to cook again. Thanks!!!

Quick Pour Fondant Icing
This came out WONDERFUL! A little time consuming but it is worth it. I did take the advice of others and use dark corn syrup rather than light, and I heated until 110 degrees. The color and texture was great. This made the perfect petit fours. I will definitely use this again soon. Thanks!
