Too Much Chocolate Cake
I took this to work for a friends birthday and everyone loved it! I decorated the top of the cake with coconut rum balls and drizzled melted chocolate. Overall it ended up looking like an expensive store-bought cake, not something that I had whipped up the night before!

Best Bread Machine Bread
Despite some really interesting suggestions from other reviewers, I followed this recipe to the letter and it turned out fantastic! So light, fluffy and easy to make. My only complaint would be that the intoxicating smell of the bread woke me up at 5:00am. Something tells me that I may need to reset my timer!

Blueberry Muffins II
Good recipe. Like other reviewers I also substituted the butter for 3/4 cup of applesauce. In addition I used 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. I didn't sprinkle any extra sugar on top. Will most likely make again.
