Red Potato Chicken
First, I chose this recipe because it was kid friendly to make - they cut the potatoes and poured the dressing. However, we found the results to be less than stellar. The chicken was fair, better with the sauce on top, but the sauce was so oily no one wanted to eat it. It probably would have been better made into a gravy instead of the greasy mess it was (we used creamy italian dressing as suggested). The potatoes would have been better off cut in quarters as only a portion of them were cooked through - I even put it in the oven for an extra 15 minutes but still had some potatoes that weren't done.
Overall it's probably not a recipe we'll try again, despite the fact it was easy for the kids to help make.
